Steve Solcher currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Level III Capital where his impact has been instrumental in building the operational foundation of the firm. His adept guidance as Advisory Board Chair since March 2021 underscores his commitment to steering Level III towards sustained success.  Mr. Solcher's multifaceted career also includes pivotal positions such as Director at KS Ventures, a seed/venture capital firm based in San Francisco, and Advisor at Harbor Energy, LLC, where his strategic foresight has been instrumental in guiding investment strategies. His consultancy engagements, including roles at Dixie Chicken, Inc., Lumos Labs (Lumosity), and California Coastal Vines, LLC, underscore his versatility and capacity to deliver impactful solutions across diverse organizational landscapes.  Mr. Solcher holds a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary's University. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the position of Associate Professor of Practice at The University of Texas at Dallas since August 2010.
